The specification points are moisture, test weight, foreign material, broken kernels, and mycotoxin limits: the last differing by destination and worth confirming before contracting rather than after arrival.

Production is concentrated in Ontario, Quebec and Manitoba, so eastern port routing is usual. State whether you need identity preservation at enquiry, because it changes both the supplier shortlist and the price base entirely.
