Every value on this site, in one file
Everything we publish about duties, classification and registration is spread across 2900 values on hundreds of pages. Here they are as one table instead, so you can load them into a spreadsheet, check them against your own numbers, or feed them to whatever you are building.
Every row names the government source it was read from and the day we read it.
Nothing is estimated and nothing is filled in: where we have not checked something, there is no row for it rather than a best guess.
JSON
regulatory-values.json
2900 rows, one object each, with the full source URL.
CSV
regulatory-values.csv
The same rows, for Excel, Sheets or anything that reads a comma.

Where it comes from
Each row carries the exact page we read it from, so you never have to take our word for a number. These are the authorities behind the current export:
- Global Affairs Canada
- Canada Border Services Agency
- Government of Canada, BDC and EDC
- Canadian Food Inspection Agency
- Government of Alberta
- Department of Veterinary Services, Ministry of Agriculture and Food Security, Malaysia
- Badan Penyelenggara Jaminan Produk Halal (BPJPH)
- Jabatan Kemajuan Islam Malaysia (JAKIM)
- Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS)
Values move. Registers are overwritten in place by the bodies that publish them, so what changed is not recoverable from the source afterwards. We snapshot this table and keep the differences: what changed, also published as changes.json.
Using it
Take it and use it, including commercially. We ask for a credit to Boreal Trade with a link, which is the same courtesy we extend to the authorities whose pages every row points back to.
One caveat worth stating plainly: these values were correct on the day we read them, and regulations change without telling anybody.
For a shipment you are actually costing, check the row's source link before you commit money to it.
