Before you quote
This is an illustrative requirement rather than a live one. It is written to show what we publish when a real buyer agrees to it, and to show where a producer should look first. Two things would decide it. Whether your establishment can obtain the certification Vietnam expects, which is a question about your plant rather than about the market and is answerable in days. And whether you can supply a correct origin declaration on every consignment, because the Vietnamese general rate on this line is 27 per cent and CPTPP takes it to nothing, so the entire preference rests on documentation that originates with you rather than on the agreement existing.
